When you use hard-to-use flossing tools, it can increase your chances of being rough around the gums, which can harm them. So, use products like waxed floss, flossing picks and other tools to help make flossing easier.

-Floss at least once a day: It’s vital to floss daily. If you don’t, plaque can build up and promote periodontal disease and tooth decay. Flossing daily removes the plaque and keeps your smile healthy and strong.
